As a full time, nonexempt, CPS Staff Pharmacist, you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy. This position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week and will support locations in Murphy and Rockwell, TX About the Facility: Emerus supports Baylor Scott and White Emergency hospitals located throughout DFW including Mansfield, Grand Prairie, Aubrey, Murphy, Rockwall, Keller, Burleson and Colleyville. This position will float between the facilities to provide coverage as needed. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. Requirements

  • Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy (PharmD preferred)
  • Current Pharmacist license in good standing in TX
  • Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
  • Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
  • Demonstrated effective communications skills; verbal and written
  • Driver's License and access to reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a Pharmacist in a hospital setting
  • Experience with Omnicell and Pyxis
