Position Summary: This is a full-time position available for a clinician to complete assessments, provide individual therapy, and write or assist others in the writing of ITPs. You will also, co-facilitate groups, process paperwork, and assure adherence to proper procedures. In addition, you will provide clinical consultation and training, while assisting in the evaluation of staff. Maintain, organize, and analyze data and information, assist in the development of programming and serve as a resource for staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of clinical experience required.
  • Active Ohio LISW or LPCC required (supervisory designation preferred); LICDC required for SUD programs.
  • Current CPR, First Aid (FA), and CPI certifications required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mental health assessment, individual/group counseling, community resources, and working with SPMI/SED populations; SUD, MAT, and residential experience required for SUD programs.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to be insured under the agency’s commercial liability policy.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong critical thinking, professionalism, integrity, teamwork skills, and ability to represent the agency positively in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical services within scope of licensure, including assessments, therapy, and development of Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs).
  • Offer clinical supervision, consultation, and leadership to staff, interns, and assigned employees.
  • Review, sign, and monitor documentation to ensure compliance with regulations, agency policies, and quality standards.
  • Develop and deliver staff trainings, orientations, and ongoing professional development initiatives.
  • Support employee performance through observations, feedback, evaluations, and input on personnel actions.
  • Assist with program operations, including service coordination, census tracking, reporting, and coverage in leadership absences.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records, ensure client confidentiality, and adhere to federal and agency guidelines.
  • Participate in meetings, supervision, and agency initiatives while maintaining licensure and meeting competency requirements.
