The Neuroscience portfolio at Medtronic aims to improve the lives of people with neurological disorders, spine conditions, and chronic pain, guided by the Mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life. The Pelvic Health Operating Unit specifically focuses on advancing care for bladder and bowel control conditions through targeted, minimally invasive neuromodulation therapies like sacral and tibial solutions. These programmable therapies modulate nerve pathways to restore communication between the brain and pelvic floor, offering personalized treatment with strong clinical evidence and long-term outcomes to improve confidence, independence, and quality of life. The Clinical Specialist supports the Pelvic Health groups in surgical coverage, follow-up, support, troubleshooting, customer service, and education within a territory. This field-based role also involves basic market development activities as needed and travel outside the territory.
