About The Position

The Clinical Social Worker Facilitates care of patients and families by providing them with a comprehensive continuous plan of care.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work from an institution accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
• Current Florida professional licensure as a social worker.
• Three to five years recent clinical experience (applicable to designated population preferred).
• LCSW Required.
• Employees in this position: Will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose
• LCSW required.
