WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Thyme Care Oncology Social Worker, you'll be a vital resource for our members and their care network, offering comprehensive psychosocial and emotional support during their cancer journey via phone, email, text, and telemedicine. As a growing company with an evolving care model, responsibilities may shift & additional responsibilities may be required. This role reports to our Director of Social Work and can be remote or hybrid based in our Nashville or New York City offices. All patient interactions will be virtual via telephone, video, text, or our proprietary virtual care platform.
