About The Position

Under general supervision, the Clinical Services Project Manager manages multiple clinical and lab services projects of a less complex nature from initiation through contract completion. The role involves applying project management skills to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction. The manager facilitates cross-functional interactions to ensure projects are completed within deadlines and in compliance with the pharma services plan.

Requirements

  • Experience with using Project Management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Trello, etc.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Entry-level position - recent college graduates will be considered if they have some experience with Project Management.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of the regulatory environment related to dealing with clinical studies is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple clinical testing and lab services projects from initiation through contract completion under the supervision of a Program Manager.
  • Perform tactical coordination of timelines for all projects and functions within CDx Pharma Services.
  • Develop project plans, establish, and coordinate timelines for assigned projects and functions.
  • Manage the execution of cross-functional plans and track progress of activities.
  • Identify gaps, potential bottlenecks, or delays, and challenge assumptions.
  • Oversee and guide daily process flow and accurate reporting of results.
  • Implement best practices within the clinical sciences team to foster continuous improvement through knowledge and experience exchange.
  • Interface with resources outside of the company, including Contract Research Organizations (CROs), site investigators, and client counterparts, serving as the single point of contact with Pharma and Roche clients.
  • Manage meeting activities such as setting agendas, organizing meeting time, and editing meeting minutes.
  • Track, maintain, and communicate project reports and clinical study data to Pharma and Roche clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
