Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in a clinical service field
  • One of the following licenses: LMSW, LCSW, PLPC OR LPC

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead clinical service staff, including meetings, scheduling, and on-call assignments
  • Ensure compliance with psychiatric and psychological services, treatment plans, and Medicaid regulations
  • Coordinate clinical resources to meet resident needs and budget requirements
  • Maintain communication with agencies, parents, and staff regarding resident progress
  • Oversee program evaluation, research, and grant opportunities
  • Support family-focused therapy and community-based treatment services
