KVC Missouri Residential Treatment Facility in Columbia, MO is seeking a Clinical Services Manager. Requirements
- Master’s Degree in a clinical service field
- One of the following licenses: LMSW, LCSW, PLPC OR LPC
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead clinical service staff, including meetings, scheduling, and on-call assignments
- Ensure compliance with psychiatric and psychological services, treatment plans, and Medicaid regulations
- Coordinate clinical resources to meet resident needs and budget requirements
- Maintain communication with agencies, parents, and staff regarding resident progress
- Oversee program evaluation, research, and grant opportunities
- Support family-focused therapy and community-based treatment services
