JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing, coordinating, supervising and implementing inpatient clinical and recreational treatment programs in an effective manner. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Identifies and oversees the development of the programs and clinical services necessary to meet key mental health and substance abuse treatment needs of the community in keeping with the organization's philosophy and goals and in compliance with all regulatory standards. Interacts effectively with physicians and other clinical staff, supporting philosophy and implementation of programs. Interacts well with referral sources; facilitates prompt, effective communications with these individuals and/or services, in the interest of patients' and organization's operations. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work or equivalent master's degree in a recognized mental health field.
  • Two years' experience in a psychiatric health care facility with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills.
  • At least 2 year's supervisory experience.
  • Must have strong clinical assessment skills.
  • LMSW, LISCW, LPC or LPCA in South Carolina required
