About The Position
The Clinical Scanner & Patient Roomer holds the critical responsibility of recording all correspondence into the patient's electronic medical record. This position within Franciscan plays a big role in rooming patient in preparation for their medical visit, while providing excellent patient experience. Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
Nice To Haves
- 1-year Medical Experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - State Licensing Board
Responsibilities
- Room patients, take vital signs, and document and record into the EMR.
- Scan all correspondence, lab, and x-ray reports into correct patient record.
- Enter patient information into the EMR system.
- Prepare and process documents, according to procedures.
