The Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Nampa, located at the corner of I-84 and Garrity Boulevard, offers state-of-the-art, best-in-class healthcare to residents of Canyon County. This 100-bed hospital that spans more than 240,000 square feet, features a complete diagnostic center, 6-suite surgical operating theatre, pre/post-operative holding and recovery rooms, 10-bed short stay observation unit, spacious and private patient rooms, and an 18-bed intensive care unit. About this position: As a Clinical Resource Manager you will provide concurrent assistance and support to physicians and other clinical members of the health care team in coordinating the delivery of services for a select group of patients. You will also help achieve quality clinical and cost outcomes, incorporate real-time contacts with medical staff, hospital personnel, and outside organizations to establish specific treatment, cost, and transition targets and, facilitate transition planning. Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Organization's Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions. . Demonstrates knowledge and skills to competently care for all assigned age groups (Neonate, Child, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric as applicable).
