About The Position

We're looking for an Internal Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support the setup, monitoring, and close-out of clinical research studies under the supervision of a Clinical Manager. You'll ensure study sites follow protocols, GCP, and regulatory standards while maintaining strong relationships with investigators and site staff.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in clinical research (monitoring experience preferred).
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and time management
• Excellent communication and organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of GCP and clinical trial regulations

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical research sites through all trial phases.
• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Ensure compliance with study protocol, SOPs, and GCP.
• Verify site resources, documentation, and data accuracy.
• Manage investigational product (IP) accountability.
• Support patient recruitment and address site performance issues.
• Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up communications.
