SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK Heartland Family Service is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable licensed behavioral health professional to support the agency’s Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes. This role leverages clinical expertise in mental health and substance use disorder treatment to ensure programs and departments consistently deliver high-quality, compliant, and person-centered services. The position partners closely with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to strengthen documentation quality, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement efforts that directly support positive outcomes for individuals and families served across the continuum of care.
