  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and document patient conditions, progress, and responses to treatment, communicating any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures to promote wellness and self-care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.
  • Support and mentor junior nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest nursing practices and advancements to provide evidence-based care.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Provides clinical oversight and guidance to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
