About The Position

OpenLoop was co-founded by CEO, Dr. Jon Lensing, and COO, Christian Williams, with the vision to bring care anywhere. Our telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states. OpenLoop is looking for a Clinical Recruiter to join our team at our HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our growing clinician network across all 50 states by identifying, recruiting, and hiring top-tier physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a full cycle staffing recruiting role OR 1-2 years in a prospecting sales role.
  • Proven success in recruiting for high-volume roles or making high volume cold calls.
  • Fearless and resourceful—you're not afraid to cold outreach or pivot when needed.
  • Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Experience with an ATS or CRM system.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or knowledge in healthcare is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensure OpenLoop attracts, hires, and retains top talent while growing a strong pipeline.
  • Source and interview clinicians in alignment with clients' requirements (ie. culture-fit, specialties, telehealth competency, etc.).
  • Works directly with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver accordingly.
  • Attract candidates using various sources such as social media, internal referrals, etc.
  • Successfully meet established metrics for recruiting and delivering results.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for communicating our company’s vision and mission.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates after placement to ensure we are providing maximum value and efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between OpenLoop clinicians and our internal client representatives.
  • Coordinate internally across multiple verticals for timely clinician onboarding and anticipating future hiring needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
