About The Position

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a new Clinical Recruiter to join our team! Our Clinical (Hygiene) Recruiter connects our partner dental practices with the best possible talent, by engaging future hygienists & support talent and building strong relationships and pipelines. This role will balance partnerships, events, and candidate engagement, so requires high energy and social connection. Requirements

  • High energy, persuasive, and passionate about making a difference in the dental industry.
  • Deep understanding of dental specialties, career pathways, and qualifications.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to connect with candidates, academic institutions, and professional organizations.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for finding and securing top talent.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, strong ability to present & pitch.
  • Willingness to travel for recruiting events up to 50% in spring and fall university recruiting seasons
  • Dental Hygiene degree & clinical experience
  • Recruiting experience highly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, online job boards, and digital recruiting tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workday or similar ATS systems a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with practice and operations leadership to forecast clinical staffing needs and build a proactive recruiting strategy that aligns with SGA’s growth.
  • Identify, engage, and hire outstanding dental professionals who are ideal fit for our partner practices.
  • Leverage diverse sourcing strategies, including targeted advertising, networking, and participation in job fairs and college recruiting events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental and hygiene schools, ensuring a consistent pipeline of exceptional talent.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience, coordinating interviews, practice visits, and interactions with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive recruitment data, ensuring transparency and efficiency in hiring.
  • Collaborate closely with the human resources team to align recruitment efforts with company initiatives.
  • Actively engage in the dental community through professional associations, staying ahead of industry trends and opportunities.
