About The Position

Join Konza Prairie Community Health Center and help support patient care through efficient scheduling, coordination, and medical record management in a fast-paced clinic environment. Schedule Part-time, Monday–Thursday 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm Pay Starting at $16.68/hour, with opportunities for higher pay based on your experience and qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in a medical office, clinic, or hospital setting
• 1+ year of EMR experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

• Experience with prior authorizations and referrals
• Knowledge of insurance types (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.)
• Medical office training or certification
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and support front desk operations
• Maintain and update patient medical records in the EHR
• Process prior authorizations and coordinate referrals
• Manage medical correspondence and records requests
• Support clinic workflow and assist care team as needed
