About The Position

The Clinical Quality Improvement Coord (RN) performs Quality Management and Quality Improvement activities in accordance with federal and state regulatory requirements, MHS guidelines and policies, and the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) standards. Coordinates and participates in opportunities for improvement both internally and externally. Works effectively with providers, care teams in both MultiCare Health System and MultiCare Connected Care, within Puget Sound and the Inland Northwest.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 15+ years of service may be considered in lieu of education agreement
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
  • BLS certification
  • Three (3) years of experience in a clinical setting
  • One (1) year of Population Health, Quality management/quality improvement experience

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
