About The Position

This position is perfect for a clinical psychology doctoral student who has a longterm goal of working with adult individuals and couples in private practice. We offer a supportive and positive work culture, great work-life balance, rapid client referrals, ongoing training, and competitive pay and benefits. This is a minimum year commitment with supervision and a 6 month training program included. Compensation: $130,000 once licensed, this is a volunteer practicum placement

Responsibilities

Conduct high-quality relational psychotherapy for 9-12 hours a week.
Complete 120 hours of clinical training (optional, but facilitates growth in serving adult clientele in private practice)
Provide a high level of customer service and client care to all prospects & current clients, colleagues, and our community.
Follow all business procedures and policies.
Practice strong attention to detail in administrative duties and client/colleague communication.
Conduct self professionally in all work interactions.
Attend staff meetings, training, and retreats (some are optional, some mandated).
