They ensure that clinical services are delivered in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures, and that patients receive high-quality, patient-centered care. Requirements

• Masters Degree or Licensed Professional with post-licensure experience in mental health.
• Must possess a Missouri State License as an LPC, LCSW, or LP.
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
