The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Clinical Project Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: How you will make an impact Leading the activities involved in the management of clinical research studies, including site feasibility and selection, site start-up and preparation, providing Sponsor oversite, trial closure and review of essential tools and documents. Managing clinical trial sites, including monitoring and/or overseeing assigned clinical research associates in accordance with the monitoring plan, protocols, GCP, ICH guidelines, and federal regulations. Supporting: Product Development Lab personnel with clinical study and verification testing; Regulatory Affair colleagues in completion of regulatory submissions; and product development teams by collecting clinical trial evidence for both new product development and for evidence for maintaining marketed products. Communicating study results through presentations at technical meeting and may publish in referred journals. Developing a knowledge and understanding of assigned products, customers, customer needs in areas of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 5 years of recent clinical research-related study project manager and/or monitoring experience (protocol preparation and execution, site management, medical device preferred).
  • Current, valid driver’s license is desired
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in a health-related field from an accredited institution
  • Clinical research certification (SOCRA or ACRP)
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice guidelines and regulations
  • Advanced capabilities in E-mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate issues/escalations/status updates clearly and concisely
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, plan & evaluate deliverables; is well organized and structured, strong attention to detail
