Clinical Programs Manager
About The Position
This role is to assist the Pharma Capabilities Team while improving the speed and efficiency of delivery of pharma capabilities in IT systems. This position will: Support the end-to-end process for operational readiness of IT systems for pharma capabilities. This process is inclusive of supporting the development of business requirements for pharma capabilities and identifying related clinical system changes and requirements, timeline alignment between teams and identification/ escalation of risks to IT timelines. Collaborate with other corporate departments such as the office of the CMO (OCMO), Pharmacy and Therapeutics, PALS, Pioneer, IT, DCR, Compliance, Clinical Support Services, Clinical Analytics and Clinical Education to help identify any dependencies and coordinate/facilitate input of applicable teams into pharma capabilities development process and to assure the clinical needs are met with the systems. Act as a resource for CE teams on clinical IT systems and serve as a voice and liaison with IT team in support of PharmaOps Capabilities. Support the work of multi-disciplinary teams. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with clinical experience (preferred) and understanding of dialysis workflow in the clinics. As well as the ability to ask the right questions, create partnerships with IT, and communicate, define and ensure appropriate implementation of the clinical business needs to a technical audience. They must have the ability to lead multiple concurrent projects, ramp up fast and support an ever-changing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, or Nursing (and current licensure), or related field or equivalent experience required.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Star Point and Outlook.
- Proficient with DaVita computer systems.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt based on changing priorities.
- Solid reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal communication skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively throughout all levels of the organization with audiences of varying degrees of familiarity with technical material, including ability to persuasively deliver presentations to senior executives.

Nice To Haves
- ESRD/Healthcare experience preferred.
- Technical background and competency is preferred.
- PMP preferred
Responsibilities
- Partner with IT delivery teams in establishing timelines and communicate timelines & risks to stakeholders throughout multiple concurrent projects lifecycles
- With guidance (as needed) from Sr Manager, Pharma Capabilities, work with SMEs to gather, define and support documentation of technical requirements, model current/future business processes and operational changes across all impacted systems.
- Provide status updates to pharma capabilities team and other stakeholders
- Partner with IT delivery teams in establishing use cases and timelines for cross-systems User Acceptance Testing
- Support User Acceptance Testing to provide feedback in a timely manner.
- Ensure end user feedback is sought after and accurately reflected in prioritization of product features and functions.
- Assist with development of clinical job aids regarding clinical systems.
- Partner with IT delivery teams on a very frequent if not daily basis by providing clarifications necessary to assist requirements development, user story estimates, sequencing of new features and moving the protocol project development forward
- Ensure technical work appropriately supports Village initiatives by supporting a standardized intake and prioritization processes related to pharma system updates
- Partner in determining annual goals for both pharma lane capabilities and broader PharmaOps Capabilities team
