About The Position
About Outpatient Clinics Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area. Scope of work Responsibility for coordinating the services provided by multiple disciplines within and outside the health system. Exercises independent judgment in the assessment, diagnosis initiation of selected protocols/procedures. Provides educational support for patients/significant others, health team members and the community and coordinates evaluation practices to measure outcomes of programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related field
- 2 years of relevant related experience
- Experience working as a Registered Nurse
- LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or LIC-License Practical Nursing (LPN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or CRT-Registered Dietitian (RD) - CDR Commission on Dietetic Registration Upon Hire required Or CRT-Physician Asst Certified (PA-C) - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants Upon Hire required Or LIC-Master Social Worker (MSW-Master) - STATE_MI State of Michigan or equivalent in mental health/behavioral health Upon Hire preferred Or LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or CRT-Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) - NB-COT National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Upon Hire required Or CRT-Speech Language Pathologist - ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Upon Hire required Or LIC-Respiratory Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or CRT-Athletic Trainer, Certified - BOC Board of Certification and Accreditation Upon Hire required Or LIC-Athletic Trainer License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or CRT-Nuclear Medicine Technologist - NMTCB Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Cardiovascular Dept.
