Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • At least seven (7) years of clinical program related experience Required
  • At least three (3) years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience Required
  • Advanced proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage program strategy, planning and operations
  • Oversee program development including policies, procedures, and strategies
  • Ensure compliance, professional standards and regulatory requirements in care
  • Lead initiatives to promote program growth, improvement and sustainability
  • Establish partnerships with and present programs to internal and external audiences
  • Oversee the development, collection and reporting of performance metrics
  • Provide program financial oversight, including planning/budgets, analysis and projections
  • Oversee the use, maintenance and optimization of program systems, databases and tools
  • Assist in development and execution of program outreach and advocacy
  • Hire, train, manage and develop staff
  • Other duties and initiatives as needed
