Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Required
At least seven (7) years of clinical program related experience Required
At least three (3) years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience Required
Advanced proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Responsibilities

Manage program strategy, planning and operations
Oversee program development including policies, procedures, and strategies
Ensure compliance, professional standards and regulatory requirements in care
Lead initiatives to promote program growth, improvement and sustainability
Establish partnerships with and present programs to internal and external audiences
Oversee the development, collection and reporting of performance metrics
Provide program financial oversight, including planning/budgets, analysis and projections
Oversee the use, maintenance and optimization of program systems, databases and tools
Assist in development and execution of program outreach and advocacy
Hire, train, manage and develop staff
Other duties and initiatives as needed
