About The Position

The Adult Services Clinical Program Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the Acute Adult Service Line, including psychiatric unit and chemical dependency unit. The Clinical Program Manager works closely with the Nursing leadership and Unit Coordinators to ensure active programming and clinical services are provided in accordance with facility policy and best practice guidelines. The Clinical Program Manager reports to the Chief of Clinical Services.

Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a clinical related mental health field.
• Must possess a state license (LSW, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a psychiatric health care facility.
• Direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills.
• Strong clinical assessment skills.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience in a psychiatric healthcare setting.
