About The Position

The Clinical Program Manager at Interfaith Community Services is responsible for the operational management of the Recuperative Care Program and Haven House Shelter. This role involves overseeing budgeting, billing, compliance with contracts, and ensuring quality assurance in service delivery. The manager will work closely with the Director to develop strategies for service growth and maintain relationships with various stakeholders to enhance client support.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work or related field required.
  • Currently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
  • 2+ years of experience in a Social Services or nonprofit setting required.
  • 2+ years of experience working with severely mentally ill, medically fragile, and/or homeless populations required.
  • 1+ years of administrative supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with individuals in a residential setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of Substance Use and Co-Occurring Disorder treatment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Recuperative Care Program and Haven House Shelter.
  • Oversee budgeting, billing, and compliance with funding contracts.
  • Ensure program compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with health plans, hospitals, and social service providers.
  • Prepare regular statistical reports regarding program outcomes.
  • Supervise staff performance and provide ongoing training and development.
  • Facilitate client case conferencing and monitor client progress.
  • Provide backup support to direct service staff and assist with client intake processes.
  • Participate in community events and represent the agency at meetings.
