Description Leads the alignment, standardization and ongoing improvement of ministry length of stay for designated patient populations. Serves as designated ministry liaison with providers and ministry Care Coordination teams, to move patients towards safe and effective discharge plans or transitions to the most appropriate next level of care. Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Or Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License.
• 3 years Experience in Utilization Management.
• Experience working with InterQual and MCG guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in Nursing.
• 5 years Experience as a utilization/case manager in an acute care setting.
• Experience in a multi-hospital and/or integrated healthcare system.
