The January Center Program provides residential sex offender treatment, psycho-educational and case management services to justice involved adult men with a history of problem sexual behaviors. During their 4 to 6-month length of stay, residents receive treatment services to support them in reentering the community. The goal is to reduce recidivism through establishing positive behavioral change. The program closely coordinates with the Department of Correction and The Court Support Services Division. The Clinical Program Director will provide direct clinical and task supervision to program therapists, and direct care staff. The Director will focus on program operations and development, work collaboratively with funders, referring agents, medical and clinical providers to establish wrap around services to reduce recidivism among the justice involved population. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an ability to communicate clearly and effectively, is highly motivated, organized, and committed to providing and sustaining a trauma informed environment. Experience working in a position that supports individuals with a history of problem sexual behaviors is preferred. Supervisory experience is required, preferably in a residential/congregate care setting.
