About The Position

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Must reside in the state of Louisiana and live within commuting distance of our office location: 3850 N CAUSEWAY BLVD METAIRIE, LA 70002 The Clinical Program Consultant is responsible for providing clinical program and project support in a Medical Management department. How you'll make a difference: Develops and implements clinical programs for the management of members with specific medical conditions. Serves as a project manager for medical management initiatives, such as medical review redesign, development of policies and procedures, development and implementation of training procedures and manuals, and the development and implementation of metrics and other reporting capabilities. Represents the department on enterprise-wide and regional committees and program initiatives.

Requirements

• Requires a BS in nursing or related medical management area and minimum of 5 years project/program management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

• Managed Care experience highly preferred.
• Experience working in population health in both behavioral and physical health
