For 7540 SJO PELVIC PROGRAM - 10007004: Under general direction of the manager or supervisor the clinical program assistant supports the Pelvic Floor Program front and back office needs of the department/program. The assistant performs receptionist, secretarial and programmatic duties for the department/program. Activities may include developing and maintaining spreadsheets, graphs and program related statistics, coordinating meeting appointments for the department/program assigned. There may be patient activities that include, answering, screening and directing phone calls, greeting patients and visitors, scheduling appointments, tests and other misc. items, and rooming patients.
