PRN Clinical Staff, Assisted Living and Memory Care

To provide high-quality, compassionate care and support that enhances the daily lives of our residents. PRN team members help ensure consistent, exceptional service while supporting the overall success of the care team in the Assisted Living and Memory Care settings.
Requirements
- RN/LPN: Current and valid nursing license in the state of employment.
- CMA: Active certification as a Medication Aide in the state of employment.
- CNA: Active certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of employment.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional care.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on care and assistance to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and community standards.
- Promote dignity, comfort, and respect in every interaction.
- Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and team members to ensure seamless care.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and changes in condition.
- Accurately document care, observations, and communications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and compassion.
