At Joyce University, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Placement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between students, faculty, and healthcare partners—helping ensure our nursing students gain the real-world clinical experiences they need to thrive. Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–3 years of experience in an academic or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based communication tools
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, student-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical and preceptor placements that prepare students for their nursing careers
• Guide students through compliance requirements so they’re ready for rotations
• Build strong relationships with healthcare partners and support faculty collaboration
• Assist with registration, scheduling, orientations, and student support
• Use university systems and tools to keep processes smooth and organized
• Be part of a supportive team dedicated to putting students first
