Clinical Pharmacy Specialist- BHMC- FT- Day Shift- $10K Bonus- # 25338
About The Position
This position will focus on providing pharmacy support in the Intensive/Critical care units. Provides specialized clinical activities relating to designated clinical programs in order to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Performs various types of medication utilization activities within a defined area, including but not limited to anticoagulation, pharmacokinetics, dose adjustments, order verification, and IV to PO-conversions. Participates in committees and represents the department of pharmacy throughout the hospital or ambulatory settings within the area of focus.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Pharmacist Experience
- Doctorate in Pharmacy
- Three Years Experience
- Pharmacist
- Basic Life Support
- Board Certified
- Residency
