About The Position
The Clinical Pharmacist ensures safe, effective, and timely medication therapy to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the medication-use system and delivering individualized pharmaceutical care within assigned areas. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy
- Pharmacist License - Issued by Florida or Compact State
- Completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of one year of prior hospital pharmacy experience required.
