About The Position

Clinical Pharmacist at Providence Newberg Medical Center in Newberg, OR. Full Time/Night shift $10,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment. The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Requirements

• PharmD in Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License

Nice To Haves

• Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
