About The Position

Clinical Pharmacist at Providence Newberg Medical Center in Newberg, OR Full Time / Night Shift The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Requirements

• PharmD in Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License

Nice To Haves

• Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
