About The Position
Responsible for maintaining pharmaceutical dispensing functions, including clinical review functions, in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Provides pharmaceutical care and products to all neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including inpatients and outpatients. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited College of Pharmacy
- Hospital Internship Rotation
- Possession of current Texas State Board of Pharmacy License

- IV Admixture Certification
