About The Position

Under the direction of the Central Team Leader and Manager for Clinical services, the Clinical Pharmacist ensures optimum patient outcomes related to medication use. This involves preventing or resolving drug-related problems and coordinating the acquisition, distribution, and control of all drug therapy for patients under the care of the pharmacist.

Requirements

  • PharmD degree or Bachelor's with 2 years hospital pharmacy experience
  • Licensure to practice pharmacy in the state of Massachusetts by the hire date or eligible within 45 days of hire
  • Strong interpersonal skills towards our customers (including patients, physicians and nurses) and fellow employees of the hospital
