About The Position
The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Requirements
- PharmD Or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Texas Pharmacist Registered or Upon hire: New Mexico Registered Pharmacist - New Mexico Board of Pharmacy
Nice To Haves
- Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
