We are expanding into the Madison, Wisconsin marketand seeking motivated, high-performing In-Home Design Consultants to join ouraward-winning sales organization. Top Design Consultants earn $250,000–$350,000+annually through our uncapped bonus and commission structure. What Our Basement Design Consultants Do• Measure and design a fully custom basement layout.• Offer curated material selections aligned with the homeowner’s vision and budget.• Build and present a detailed, transparent proposal during the appointment.• Earn the customer’s business by being the best fit for their project—not throughhigh-pressure tactics. This is not a “churn and burn” sales environment. This role does not require prospecting orcold outreach. All Design Consultants receive pre-set, high-intent appointments fromhomeowners who have already selected Matrix as their preferred partner. Our top performersearn owner-level income through exceptional professionalism and accountability. Matrix grewfrom $56,000,000 in basement sales in 2024 to $90,000,000+ in 2025 — and our trajectorycontinues upward This position is ideal for high-performing sales professionals and natural closers looking to elevate their earnings and career potential in a growing market.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven closing ability and goal-oriented focus.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Madison area.
- Valid Driver's License - REQUIRED
- Flexibility to run evening and Saturday appointments.
