Clinical Pharmacist - Kadlec Regional Medical Center - Richland, WA The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Requirements
- Doctorate of Pharmacy, or Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Washington Pharmacist License
- Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS)
Nice To Haves
- Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
