About The Position

This position works closely with the coordinators, nurses, and providers. Select responsibilities include participating in patient care rounds, providing order verification and drug information services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements for the programs and organization, overseeing and/or managing medication therapy proactively participating in quality improvement initiatives, and precepting PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residents, among other responsibilities. Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
  • IL state licensure as a Pharmacist

Nice To Haves

  • Residency: PGY1 Pharmacy Practice - General
  • PGY2 Residency - Specialty
  • Board Certified in Specialty Area
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)

Responsibilities
