Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with a minimum of a BS in Pharmacy
• Indiana Pharmacist Registration
• ACLS Certification (Will Provide)

Nice To Haves

• PharmD (Preferred)
• Hospital experience and completion of an ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Residency (Preferred)
• Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy, Infectious Disease or equivalent (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to support antimicrobial stewardship for Baptist Health Floyd patients with infectious diseases including optimizing medication therapies
• Drug preparation and distribution for medications at Baptist Health Floyd
• Evaluate, input, and verify new medication orders
• Assist providers and other healthcare professions by serving as a drug information resource
• Manage Pharmacy inventory
