About The Position

Join a pioneering team at a state-of-the-art medical facility in Northwest Las Vegas. This facility is the first in Nevada to conduct CAR T-cell therapy and allogeneic stem cell transplants. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will serve as a subject matter expert within the Transplant and Cellular Therapy program, collaborating closely with physicians and nurses in a 12,000-square-foot outpatient clinic and a dedicated inpatient oncology unit.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Active Nevada Pharmacist License
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP)
• PGY2 Oncology and/or Bone Marrow Transplant Pharmacy Practice Residency, or 5+ years of clinical oncology practice experience
• Experience in a BMT/Oncology clinic with a collaborative practice agreement

Responsibilities

• Manage oncology regimens for autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplantation, blood cancer treatments, CAR T-cell, and BiTE therapies.
• Develop and implement order sets, protocols, and guidelines to support evidence-based practice.
• Perform therapeutic drug monitoring and provide patient counseling.
• Rotate between the Cancer Care Clinic and inpatient BMT unit to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Support clinical research, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and represent pharmacy on medical center committees.
