This role supports a high-acuity Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Oncology program, working across both outpatient oncology clinics and inpatient BMT/oncology units. The Clinical Pharmacist will function as the subject matter expert for hematology, oncology, transplant, and cellular therapy pharmacotherapy, with a high degree of clinical autonomy and independent decision-making. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy leadership to ensure safe, evidence-based medication management for complex oncology and transplant patients.
