Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a highly data-driven Clinical Operations Manager/Director to optimize our telehealth clinician workforce. This role sits at the intersection of clinical, operations, product, finance, and compliance, with a strong emphasis on analytics, capacity planning, and proactive operational design in a virtual-care environment. You will be responsible for translating data into insight, insight into plans, and plans into action—ensuring telehealth care is delivered efficiently and at scale while anticipating future needs and preventing operational bottlenecks. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare operations experience, prior exposure to telehealth or digital health startups, advanced comfort with metrics and dashboards, and the ability to influence cross-functional partners through clear, structured communication.
