You'll manage commercial matters within agreed SOW parameters, own sponsor account relationships, and play a pivotal role in the handover of projects from Business Development to Clinical Operations, contributing operational expertise to the sales process. As a Clinical Operations subject matter expert and key culture contributor, you'll shape working practices, develop SOPs, lead training programs, and serve as an escalation point for complex trial challenges. This is a fully remote position based in the United States.

  • You have extensive people leadership experience, including line management, performance reviews, and professional development.
  • You are skilled at proactive risk identification and developing strategies to protect study integrity, data quality, and patient safety.
  • You can bridge commercial and operational functions, contributing to business development and supporting prospect engagement with operational expertise.
  • You thrive in a remote work environment and can effectively lead and develop a distributed team while maintaining strong sponsor relationships.
  • You are passionate about creating optimal working practices, developing SOPs, and leading training programs.
  • You demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration and serve as a role model for junior team members.
  • You're proactive in contributing to new business opportunities and take initiative to network on behalf of the Lindus team.
  • You embody Lindus Health values: Be Transparent, High Agency, and Benefit Patients.
