About The Position

The Clinical Operations Director will oversee the daily clinical operations of our Paxton Clinic to ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations while improving overall clinic performance. The ideal candidate must be a RN with more than 10 years experience. Associates Degree of Nursing is required with Bachelor's of Nursing preferred. Must have excellent communication, computer and reporting skills . Management experience greater than 1 year is also preferred. Salary is based on level of experience. This is a Full time position with 36-40 hours per week.
