We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistan t to: Act as a resource, respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll, time-off, policies, procedures, education and scheduling. Coordinate administrative aspects of a department, including preparation of reports, research issues and update policies, procedures, manuals, and administrative tools. Purchase supplies, materials, services or equipment.\Provide leadership support with management of calendars, maintenance of agendas, and take meeting minutes. Develop, maintain, and support administrative and clinical templates, tools, and tracking documents and clinical staff scheduling.
