About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Dietitian to serve as the Clinical Nutrition Manager at Brockton Hospital, a 220‑bed acute care facility located in Brockton, MA. In this key leadership role, you will guide a dedicated team of clinical dietitians, oversee high-quality nutrition care, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary partners to support exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Registered Dietitian credential and proven supervisory or management experience
  • licensure in MA
  • excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills
  • experience with regulatory accreditation and establishing and maintaining standards of care
  • a strong commitment to excellence in all aspects of patient care
  • Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
  • For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
  • Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hireCertification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
  • At least 13 months experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
  • 3 years as experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised and provide professional supervision to developing practitioners

Responsibilities

  • manage the inpatient and outpatient clinical nutrition program, including supervision of a team of seven dietitians
  • advocate to expand and promote the role of clinical nutrition throughout the facility
  • foster a culture of learning that promotes career growth and professional development
  • proactively seek out and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders who are integral to moving department efforts forward
  • drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects
