Requirements

Current Minnesota Registered Nursing license
Minimum of three years of leadership experience in an assisted living or related health care field
CPR Certification is required

Responsibilities

Actively impact resident-centered care plans while ensuring all clinical standards are met and align with Assisted Living Regulations and the current standard of care.
Monitor and ensure that all nursing tasks are performed as directed in the service plan and will play an active role in the onboarding process for Nurses and Resident Assistants.
Support, mentor, and guide the clinical teams at the SilverCrest Campuses in the Twin Cities
